The Enviroment:
Villa Grazioli was built in the 16th century by a Cardinal. It is situated on a hill overlooking the ancient city of Rome, the sea and Tivoli.
The Villa is a masterpiece of the 16th century art, history and culture, filled with magnificent works of art painted by Italian masters like Ciampelli, Carracci and Pannini.
Today Villa Grazioli is a refined hotel member of the famous international chain Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Being Responsible
In the times when the Villa was built, it was made by two side fore-parts and a central portico on which the central body of the Villa stood; the architecture was inspired by Villa Farnesina in Rome by Baldassare Peruzzi.
It is with Baldassarre Erba that the main architectural works were realized, presumably between 1723 and 1743: he transformed the portico into a gallery and created a new building, which were subsequently decorated by Pannini between 1730 and 1740.
The recovery and restoration work, as can be seen nowadays, was carried out by the Company Villa Grazioli, which bought the Villa in 1987. The restoration work took about 10 years
How you will reside
Villa Grazioli has 62 rooms in total, 13 of which in the main Villa and the rest are located in two cottages in front of it.
The old Paggeria and Limonaia, restored from buildings dating back to the XVIII century, are located in the secular park and connected to the Villa through two underground corridors.
Furnished in an elegant and sober style, some rooms overlook the secular park and others Rome, Frascati and the Hill of Tuscolo.
