The superior 4 star hotel “L’Ostelliere” has been developed from the restoration of the original structure of the farm house which dates back to the seventeenth century. It was once home to the farmers that worked the land of the estate. L’Ostelliere is located on the Monterotondo hill of Gavi in a predominant position and faces a spectacular amphitheatre of vineyards and woods and it reflects the territory for its simplicity, with the utilization of authentic materials. Everything contributes to make a very unique and unforgettable experience: refined environment, a quiet, peaceful and elegant atmosphere.

A collection of individuals across the full spectrum of roles within the business share a common passion for the work undertaken. A passion consolidated by the understanding that everything comes from the land. Such an awareness has led Villa Sparina to be the only business to go beyond its own production and expand promoting its very territory.
How you will reside
The rooms in the hotel are spacious and functional, decorated with authentic furniture and fascinating objects from all over Europe, in particular from England, France, Spain and Italy. All rooms are equipped with modern comforts: air conditioning, small refrigerator, satellite TV, internet, hair dryer, safe.
Of the 28 rooms, 11 are suites; each one is named after a village of the controlled and guaranteed appellation of Gavi (Bosio, Capriata d’Orba, Carrosio, Francavilla Bisio, Gavi, Novi Ligure, Parodi Ligure, Pasturana, San Cristoforo, Serravalle Scrivia, Tassarolo). There is also 1 suite named after most important wine “Monterotondo”..
